Abstract
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Assessment of Employees' Recruitment and Selection System in the ELORA GROUP, s.r.o. Company. The aim of this work is to analyze the current system of selection and recruitment of new employees in the selected company ELORA GROUP s.r.o. and subsequently, proposing a solution to eliminate current shortcomings.
A method of research is used in the first part of this thesis. The reader will be introduced to theoretical description of important concepts such as human resource management, personnel work, recruitment and selection of employees and its process and progress.
The second part is focused on the selected company ELORA GROUP s.r.o., its approach to the given issue and the evaluation of the process and methods used in the selection of employees. In the next phase an anonymous questionnaire survey of the company's employees is conducted which will clarify some of the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s personnel activity. In the final part a new methods and procedures to improve the current system of selection and recruitment are proposed, based on the gained information.
