Analýza neshod u vybraného procesu s využitím statistických metod a definování příležitostí ke zlepšování

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor work is analysis of nonconforming of selected process with usage of statistical methods and defining of opportunities for improvement. The goal is to reduce scrap and define improvement opportunities. The work is splitted into theoretical and practical part. Statistical methods are described in theoretical part. Tools implementation and their principals leading to analysis and scrap reduction are described. Practical part is focused on description of current state of scrap. Cause analysis was performed and proposal for improvement leading to scrap reduction was defined. Achieved results are summarized at the end of work.
