Abstract
This paper deals with the analysis and design of the CRM system to support the admission of students to university. This CRM system is implemented by using the Microsoft Sure Step methodology and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solution. The admission procedure consists of promotion and the admissions process itself.
In the introduction of the thesis outlines the basics concepts associated with customer relationship management and there is introduced asystem for implementationalong with the selected methodology. The second chapter presents the analysis phase, which deals with the basics of project management, mapping the current state of processes at the VŠB –TUO andthe gathering functional requirements of the new system. Next chapter presentsthe design phase, which is based on the analysis suggest todraw upthe appropriate configuration, settings and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with the information system of VŠB – TUO.
