Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the production line in order to streamline the production process. First, the theoretical part is dealt with, which deals with the theory of bottlenecks and OEE. Then the production line itself is described, where a bottleneck is sought with the help of the application of the bottleneck theory method. The aim of this work is to find and analyze bottlenecks in the production flow of production equipment using tools used in the method of narrow bowl theory. Subsequently, design and implement measures that would eliminate these bottlenecks and lead to streamlining the current bottlenecks and increase the production capacity of the production line. The changes that will be introduced in the production process will then be evaluated by the OEE method.
