Abstract

The aim of the thesis is proposing of key performance indicators of a manufacturing process in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part deals with the description of a manufacturing process and the methods for defining key indicators. The practical part is focused on the characteristic of the company and application of process steps leading to the proposing of key indicators using critical success factors and incidence matrix. Finally, proposals and recommendations for the implementation of key indicators are made.
