Abstract
This thesis analyses problematics of internet marketing. It´s goal is to effectively support sales of goods and services using the right combination of internet marketing tools. The terms from traditional and internet marketing are explained. The elementary ones are: direct marketing, public relations, loyalty program, SEO methods, SEM, measuring and analysing through Google Analytics. It is described how different can tool compositions be for customers from industrial market.
