Výrobní program a jeho zhodnocení

Abstract

„Manufacturing program analysis” is the topic of the bachelor´s work. The main information about manufacturing program in a company, manufacturing process, main implements which are used to the continuous time analysis and also the theory of constraints are examined in the theoretical part of this work.

In the practical part of this work is the particular manufacturing program in the company described, the continuous time and performance are analyzed. Next the constraint place is found and corrective arrangements for this elimination are suggested.
