Strategie údržby zařízení distribuční sítě

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá zavedením nové metodiky plánování údržby distribuční sítě v praxi. Dosud používaná metodika plánovaní údržby, která se řídí podle řádu preventivní (ŘPÚ) respektuje pouze technický stav zařízení a opomíná důležitost zařízení umístěného v elektrizační soustavě. Při aplikaci spolehlivostně orientované údržby (RCM) je respektován technický stav zařízení a zároveň důležitost zařízení. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je aplikovat metodu spolehlivostně orientované údržby na distribuční vedení 110 kV. Cíl je minimalizovat náklady vztažené k údržbovým úkonům, které jsou vyžadovány pro bezpečný chod vedení a jeho požadovanou míru spolehlivosti. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje souhrn možností obnovy vedení včetně konkrétních pracovních postupů. Dále obsahuje statistické porovnání závad a poruch na vedení, které se na nich vyskytly vč. příčin, které je vyvolaly. Závěrem je uvedeno stanovení priority údržby na konkrétních úsecích vedení, určení je provedeno dvěma způsoby, stanovení priority údržby a posouzeno, která z těchto variant je pro praktické využití výhodnější.

This thesis deals with putting a new methodology for planning a distribution network maintenance into practice. The methodology that was used so far and that follows the preventive maintanance instructions (ŘPÚ) respects only the technical state of the device and overlooks the importance of the device located in the electrification system.When applying the reliability based maintenance (RCM), both, the technical state of the devices and the importance of the devices are respected. The main objective of this thesis is to apply the method of the reliablity-oriented maintenance at the distributional network 110 kV. The aim is to minimize the costs of the maintenance that is required for safe operation of the line and its required level of reliability. This thesis contains a summary of options for renovation of the line including specific working procedures. It also contains a statistical comparison of defects and faults that occured to the lines, including causes that lead to these defects and line faults. In conclusion, this thesis determines maintenance priorities on specific line sections. This is made in two different ways of determination of the maintenance priorities. In the end there is a consideration which of these two options is more useful for practical use.
