Komparace leadershipu a vrcholového managmentu ve vybraných společnostech různých velikostí

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis „Comparison of Leadership and Top Management in Selected Companies of Different Sizes“ defines management, leadership and their perception. Furthemore, it analyzes their application on examples of three selectors companies. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part describes terminology: management, leadership, the role of manager and leader, and leadership styles. The practical part of the thesis evaluates three companies of different sizes. Using analytic and comparative methods, differences in senior management and leadership, leadership style, and senior management relationships with the employees are outlined.
