Řešení problému domácího násilí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the introduction of the domestic violence institute and the need of its adoption by the Czech Republic legal system. It also describes its origins and its context during the legal implementation. It tries to cover all bodies interested in this problem, and their autority and activity (including police, court, commissions for negotiating an anti-social treatment, and institutions helping the victims to domestic violence. There are the legal framework, laws, norms and each of the phases of the domestic violence treatment described and summarized. This thesis also engages in various subjects and institutions helping the victims and the realization of each programme by the government co-operation. There is accomplished the inquiry among the laic public as well.
