Fundamentální analýza akcií vybraných společností v odvětví těžby ropy

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is fundamental share analysis of selectedy company in oil extraxtion sector. The main goal of the thesis is a fundamental analysis of these oil companies, which is considered the most extensive and comprehensive approach to clarifying exchange rate movements on stock markets. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical starting points of fundamental analysis and its calculation methods. The characteristics of the companies show us their mutual comparison, but also the essentials of their business activity, from economic figures to history. The practical part of thesis is processed according to the findings in the theoretical part, which is applied to the fundamental analysis of shares of oil companies, through global and industry indicators we will get towards the calculation of the intrinsic value of the share, financial analysis and bankruptcy model. With the solution of fundamental analysis, in the final part, we will summarize the fundamental analysis and establish a recommendation for a potential investor.
