Ověření kvality vermikompostu v závislosti na abundanci druhu Eisenia andrei

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je věnována ověření kvality vermikompostu v závislosti na abundanci žížal. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje charakteristiku procesu vermikompostování, činnost žížalích jedinců a jejich životní cyklus, a také charakteristiku vermikompostu. Výzkumná část této práce zahrnuje experimentální vermikompostovací proces s různými abundancemi žížal, následné laboratorní rozbory a biologické testy vzniklých vermikompostů.

This diploma thesis is devoted to verifying the quality of vermicompost depending on the abundance of earthworms. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the characteristics of the process of vermicomposting, the activity of earthworms and their life cycle, as well as the characteristics of vermicompost. The research part of this thesis includes an experimental vermicomposting process with various earthworm abundances, subsequent laboratory analyses and biological tests of the resulting vermicomposts.
