Zpřístupnění dat z heterogenních zdrojů pro paměťové a fondové instituce

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on possibilities of access data from heterogeneous resources for memory institutions in Czech republic, whereas it is based on authority files. The first part defines basic concepts and it contains the analysis of application area – i. e. information resources, that are produced by memory institutions and interoperability solution approach. The second part contains analysis of 2 possibilities for data integration: federated search and harvesting. Technologies for harvesting are described in the third chapter. Harvesting was chosen as solution for prototype creation. Last chapter is based on functional and technical conception of data integration prototype. Object database Caché and YAZ client are used in the prototype that is connected with information system ARL developed by Cosmotron company.
