Rodinný dům s ateliérem projektanta

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu s ateliérem projektanta. Objekt se nachází na pozemku v katastrálním území Třinec – Konská. Je situován v okrajové a klidné části obce. Objekt je řešen jako dvoupodlažní. Fasáda objektu je provedena z cementotřískových desek CETRIS červené barvy v kombinaci s deskami s modřínovým odstínem. Střecha objektu je pultová s mírným sklonem. Při návrhu objektu jsem usiloval o to, aby nenarušoval ráz okolí a přitom působil zajímavým a nevšedním dojmem. Zároveň jsem se snažil propojit interiér a exteriér pomoci co nejvíce prosklených fasád. Pro své zaměření jsem si vybral návrh krbu a vybavení interiéru obývacího pokoje

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house with an projectors´s studio. The object stands on a parcel in Třinec- Konská cadastral area. It is situated in peripheral and quiet part of the community. The object is concieved as two-flored house. Facade is made of CETRIS cement-boarded particleboard of red colour combined with boards of larch colour. The roof of this object is lectern with a slight slant. While designing I aspired that this object won´t be disturbing for the neighbourhood but at the same time will function with appealing and unusual impression. I also tried to connect its interior and exterior using as many glassed-in facades as possible. In my specialism section I focused on design of the fireplace and of the furnishings of the living-room interior.
