Návrh implementace metody 5S ve vybrané průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou 5S a jejím návrhem na zavedení ve společnosti Pickering Interfaces s. r. o., konkrétně na oddělení CNC. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům o štíhlé výrobě. Je popsána charakteristika štíhlé výroby a její historický vývoj. Dále se práce podrobně věnuje metodě 5S a základním pilířům metody. Ve druhé části je představena společnost, následně je popsáno výrobní oddělení CNC, pro které je zpracován návrh zavedení metody 5S. Na tomto oddělení byla provedena analýza současného stavu a na jejím základě vytvořen vlastní návrh implementace.

The bachelor thesis addresses the 5S method and its proposal for introduction to Pickering Interfaces s.r.o., specifically to the CNC department. The theoretical findings of lean manufacturing are introduced in the first part of the thesis. The characteristics of lean manufacturing and its historical development are also described. Further, there is a detailed analysis of 5S Method and its basic pillars. The company is presented in the second part of the thesis followed by a detailed description of the CNC department and the proposal for implementation of 5S Method to this department. A current state analysis has been carried out in this department and an implementation design created based on there of.
