Struktura a vlastnosti transformátorových ocelí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the structure and properties of grain oriented electrical steels (GOES). The attention is paid to the production technology, especially for the AlN + Cu method, which consists of hot rolling, cold rolling, which takes place in two steps and is divided by decarburization annealing, and the final stage represents high temperature annealing. Development of Goss texture, as a key parameter in the quality of GOES, during the industrial production process is discussed. Last but not least, there are possible ways of texture evaluation that involve EBSD and X-ray diffraction methods. The experimental part of thesis was focused on characterization of structure of the plate after hot rolling and on the evaluation of Goss texture in the final sheet after high temperature annealing. Deviations of ferritic grains from the ideal Goss orientation were studied using the EBSD method.
