Abstract

This dissertation deals with innovations as a controlled variable for an organisation sustained success management in a turbulent environment. The main idea is to show the organisation sustained success management in a turbulent environment like a dynamic balance search of the complex systems. The dissertation target is to develop recommendations for a control of the sustained success through innovations. The sustained success is then taken into consideration as the complex system dynamic balance. The dissertation is divided into three main parts. The first part explains a complex system theory with a self-organisation and chaotic system behaviour including its dynamic balance. This part indicates organisation strategy theory and the innovation theory, as well. The second part deals with an organisation behaviour research with a target how organisations are able to reflect turbulent environment and nonlinearities in this environment, how they are able to cope with an innovation and improvement management. An usage of the decision making process methods is subject of the research, as well. The research is based on the eleven hypotheses that are evaluated by a questionnaire research. All theoretical information from the first part of the dissertation and all research information from the second part of the dissertation are taken together and their synthesis is made in the third part of the dissertation with the target to develop the above mentioned recommendations. It means, the third part of the dissertation indicate the recommendations for the organisation sustained success management in a turbulent environment.
