Vzdělávání manažerů v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

Aim of this bachelor thesis is analyse of actual trends approaches to the education, which managers use in industry factories. First chapter describe manager, clarify possition and role of the manager and specify his characteristics. Next part attend to manager competences, describing and also creation of the competence model. Second part deal with methods and technics used for development and education of managers. Last chapter characterize concrete trends in management and new approach to education and development of managers.
