Místní Agenda 21 v Ostravě-Porubě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na projekt místní Agendy 21 v městském obvodu Ostrava-Poruba, na problematiku a roli veřejnosti v plánovacích procesech. První část je věnována pojmům Udržitelný rozvoj, Místní agenda, jejich vznik, historie a nynější postavení v ČR. Druhá část charakterizuje průběh a postupy implementace, participaci veřejnosti a popis jednotlivých aktivit, které municipalita realizuje se zapojením veřejnosti. Závěrečná část porovnává názory veřejnosti ke kvalitě života v obci a následuje návrh budoucích aktivit.

My thesis is focused on the local Agenda 21 project in the urban perimeter of the Ostrava- Poruba, on the issues and the role of the public in planning processes. The first part is devoted to the concepts of sustainable development, local agenda, their origin, history, and current status in the Czech Republic. The second part describes progress and implementation procedures, public participation, and a description of the activities implemented with the involvement of the public municipalita. The final part compares the views of the public on the quality of life in the community and is followed by a proposal for future activities.
