Bezpečnostní studie rizik zásahů ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou u ozbrojených sil

Abstract

V ramci diplomove prace autor zpracoval bezpecnostni studii vybranych aktivit provadenych prislusniky ozbrojenych sil ve vysce a nad volnou hloubkou. Prace je zamerena na problematiku bezpecnosti vycviku vojenskeho lezeni. Teoreticka cast mimo jine popisuje platne pravni predpisy a uvadi pouzivane vecne prostredky pro pohyb ve vysce. V navazujici kapitole je prezentována problematika vzdělávacího systému vojenského lezení v Armádě ČR. Současný stav úrovně zajistovani bezpecnosti vycviku u jednotek byl zachycen prostrednictvim pruzkumu v podobe dotaznikoveho setreni. V prakticke casti je provedena analyza rizik a kritickych mist systemu vycviku, pro ktera jsou navrzena nova reseni k zajisteni vysii bezpecnosti cvicicich.

In the diploma thesis author elaborated the safety study of activities in height and over free depth carried out by members of armed forces. Thesis is focused on the issues of safety training in military climbing. The theoretical part describes the relevant law regulations and presents equipment, which is used for operations at heights, etc. In the following chapter the educational system of military climbing in Czech Army is presented. The present level of providing security training for a military unit has been identified by the questionnaire survey. In the practical part of the thesis an analysis of risks and critical points in the system of training was created and new solutions to increase safety of participants during training.
