Metodologie řízení projektů za pomocí agilních přístupů

Abstract

Project management is the application of skills, knowledge, and available tools. So that, we can finish a project like is expected. There is lot of methodologies, which shows how to manage the project. It depends on domain of that project, which methodology we have to use. Methodologies of project management in Information Technology (IT), which are supposed to develop software, have their own specifics too. Specifics for them are different ways how to develop software. Goal of that diploma thesis is to design a new methodology of project management, which uses agile approach. That methodology has to consist of four phases. This diploma thesis describe Pre-project phase and Execution phase. Agile approach is used in Execution phase. One of the outputs of this diploma thesis are designs of online forms for those phases of designed methodology.
