The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction of the Hotel 1938 (only part) located in the Darkovičky. The basis for the processing of this documentation was urban studies in the subject „Ateliérová tvorba III“ in cooperation with Michal Kuba, Klára Rašková and Lukáš Kratina, architectural studies in the subject „Ateliérová tvorba IV“ and documentation for building permit in the subject „Ateliérová tvorba Va“. The Hotel 1938 is located in the Complex of Czechoslovak Fortification in Darkovičky, component of hotel is a small wellness. The hotel is designed so that its shape and the used materials, the most fit into the Complex of Czechoslovak Fortification in Darkovičky, and did not interfere with its authenticity.
