Abstract

The duty of every property owner is to manage rain water on their property. Legislation allows us three possible ways. Priority rain water to drain into the soil and bedrock, if they allow infiltration capacity. This thesis addresses the drainage administratively storage area where seepage conditions allow decentralized way drainage. The proposed solution is compared with other possible alternatives based on cost of implementation and environmentally.
