Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the company Český národní podnik, s.r.o. – Manufaktura under the terms of risk and flexibility, using the application of real options methodology. The diploma thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The second chapter explains the methodology of real options. The basic parameters and types of real options are described. The third chapter is focused to the characteristics of the valuate company Český národní podnik, s.r.o. - Manufaktura. The fourth chapter presents a practical part of the diploma thesis, in which the evaluation of the company Český národní podnik s.r.o. - Manufacturing according to the application of the methodology of real options. All necessary input parameters are specified. Furthermore, financial flexibility is calculated on the basis of an active and passive strategy. Subsequently, the sensitivity analysis of selected input parameters is performed and at the end of the chapter, all achieved results are evaluated and summarized.
