Příprava projektu spolufinancovaného z veřejných zdrojů ve společnosti Pustějovský s.r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation and evaluation of an investment project for technological modernization and digitalization in the company Pustějovský s.r.o.. The primary objective is to design a transformation of the log reception and measurement node from a manual mode to a fully automated system utilizing 3D scanning and integration into the corporate ERP system. The analytical part of the thesis identified a systemic inefficiency in the current measurement process with an error rate of 2.0%, representing a financial loss of approximately CZK 240,000 per month for the company. This need for innovation is further emphasized by new EU legislation, specifically the EUDR regulation, which requires digital traceability of the origin of wood raw material. The design section provides a detailed implementation plan for the project with a total value of CZK 20 million. The project is designed for co-financing from the OP TAK program (Digital Enterprise call) with an expected support intensity of 50%. Economic analysis demonstrated high feasibility of the plan, with a payback period on own invested funds of 31.8 months. The implementation of the project will provide the company not only with material savings and a 60% reduction in labor requirements but, above all, strategic readiness for future regulatory market requirements.
