Financování z fondu Evropské unie s aplikací na vybraném dotačním projektu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of drawing grants from European structural and investment funds. The aim of the thesis is to outline the process of granting. Further, theoretical knowledge is to be transferred to the practice using the example of concrete engineering company. The entire administrative process needed to make application for grant successful is described. The first chapter includes the basic terms. Further, attention is paid to cohesion policy at the level of the EU and the Czech Republic. Development of cohesion policy after 2020 is outlined here as well. Particular programme periods, European structural and investment funds and operation programme in the Czech Republic in the current programme period 2014 – 2020 are described. Higher attention is paid to the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP EIC). The second chapter involves the process of grant projects elaboration and drawing finances from EIC funds. The entire process from project purpose to its realization, monitoring and controlling is outlined. Last chapter is devoted to the concrete grant project being elaborated in engineering company and successfully submitted in the frame of OP EIC – Technology – Call VII. Financing of realized project in case of grant is described as well as in case the grant would not have been granted. In conclusion, the whole administrative process is assessed.
