Abstract

This thesis solver design documentation for the Construction of a residential building in Ostrava. Part of this thesis is the solution of technical assessment of selected thermal structure of the building, solutions to organization, time schedule of construction, construction budget and technological proces of the masonry structures. Thermal technical assessment is focused on the assessment of structures that separate the interior from the exterior of a residential building, there is also dealt with the issue of structural detail in terms of thermal technology. Technological process id focused on the implementation of masonry sructures. It also addresses the financial and time evaluation and comparison of the financial and time impact of alternative proposal masonry materials. Residential house is rectangular in plan. The roof is flat with single casing. The supporting structure is from brick blocks POROTHERM. The building is fully basement.
