Diploma thesis with title „Territorial study of locality Bílovecká, Ostrava – Svinov“ is dealing with design of utilizing today undeveloped area alongside east edge of street Bílovecká. Aim of this work is to find suitable use of today unused space, which is located near to frequent train station and transfer hub of city public transport. This area will be newly proposed as quality public area with civic amenities function and living according to territorial plan. There are three variants of design, which are differing in space organization with respect on current urbanistic and transport infrastructure. One of the variants is processed in detail and closely dealt with problematics of technical and transport infrastructure and one object is processed in form of constructionally technical study.
