Abstract
As a topic for my work I chose The Customer Satisfaction Measurement in a Retail Outlet. The aim of my work was to asses the overall satisfaction of customers with the selected retail outlet
This work has seven capitols. At the beginning there is the characteristics of COOP company and description of teoretic retail functioning. Following is the metodics of retail outlet research. Based on personal interviews I processed data and I prepared proposals and reccommendations.
