Abstract

The aim of this work is to obtain an overview of agile methodologies, understand their purpose and strategy, make their comparisons and suggest some of the methodologies as the optimal solution for NAOD Ltd. Company. Among the methodologies selected for comparison will perform Extreme programming, SCRUM Development Process, Crystal Methods, Dynamic Software Development Menthod, Lean Development, Feature Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Adaptive Software Development, Select Perspective. The first chapter of the thesis describes the traditional methods of software development and agile methodologies and make their comparison. Another chapter analyzes the use of methodologies in NAOD Ltd. Company. The following charter represent appropriate candidates and the last part is focused on evaluation proposed solution.
