Optimalizace ochrany obyvatelstva v obci Lhota

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of incidents in the village of Lhota. The first part of this thesis focuses on general explanations of the concepts in the field of population, are defined here as the basic provisions, rights and obligations of the municipality in dealing with emergencies. There are also discussed in the theory of individual incidents and they are listed here and the basic methods for determining risk. Another part is designed to do the analysis, evaluate and determine the most likely emergencies that may arise in the municipality. Based on the analysis of potential threats to the village are made for security duties to protect the population. Of course it is not omitted essential characteristic of the village Lhota.
