Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to valued hockey club VHK Vsetin lnc. The work has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts and practices in the section of business valuation. The practical part is described hockey club. It is also applied strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part is the valuation of the club. The valuation has been adapted to the sports club, so they were valuated all players.
