Abstract

The main purpose of the diploma thesis is the proposal of digital humidity control-device that is used by the production of the traditional resort cookies in the town of Luhačovice. The first part of the thesis devotes to analysing the contemporary state of humidity control and discussing the possibilities of innovation in the area. The various types of sensors have been introduced, the ways of a.c. power control have been discussed and mostly used types of control-devices have been introduced. The second part deals with theoretical and practical design of control-device and describing the algorithm of the programme. The correctness, accuracy and the stability of the humidity control-device have been verified by means of corresponding measurements in the last part of the work. Every measurement performed has been presented in graphical form and discussed.
