The Aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the execution design of structural part of the residential building including the technical report and the design and assessment of the chosen construction part. The content of this diploma thesis is a textual and drawing part of the project documentation for execution design, the design and assessment of reinforced concrete staircase construction, thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the Energy Performance of Buildings.
