Abstract

The thesis is focused on establishing a new limited liability company and creating a business plan. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on explanation of basic concepts connected with business, individual legal forms and explanation of basic terms related to limited liability company. The practical part is divided into two main parts. The first part introduces the founding fictitious company and then describes the process of its founding and creation, which is done using the modeling method. The procedure describes the steps and documents needed to set up a company. In the second part a business plan is prepared for the company. This plan outlines the start of the business of the selected company and then assesses whether the company is prospective or not.
