Abstract

In this work explains the term "photovoltaics", as this field was created and how it deals with, where is his location does not improve in the Czech Republic and possibilities of financing and funding the construction of photovoltaic systems. Furthermore, given the related legislation, which lays down the construction of solar power, the form of subsidies and the amount of feed-in tariffs for the year. The chapter number five is focused on selected regions of the Czech Republic, the appropriateness of building photovoltaic power plants in this region and eventually concrete examples already exposed plants. The final part assesses the impact of photovoltaic systems on the environment, including construction advantages and disadvantages of these systems and estimated future development of photovoltaics in the Czech Republic.
