Návrh dílčích opatření ke zlepšení systému odpadového hospodářství v Březně u Chomutova

Abstract

This thesis focuses on analyzing the current state of waste management in the municipality of Březno, with the aim of identifying problematic areas and proposing specific measures to improve system efficiency. The work is based on the legislative framework of the Czech Republic and the European Union, and it evaluates both the economic and environmental aspects of waste handling. Key indicators are compared with those of similarly sized municipalities. The thesis also includes proposed optimization steps aimed at increasing the recycling rate, reducing costs, and strengthening public awareness and involvement in the local waste management system.
