Bytový dům v Chocni

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavební a energetickou rekonstrukcí bytového domu v Chocni v rámci dokumentace pro provádění staveb. Její části jsou souhrnná technická zpráva, situace stavby, stavební část, stavební tepelná technika, posouzení na denní osvětlení a akustické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí.

Cílem této práce je posouzení stávajícího stavu budovy a následné navržení provedení takových opatřeních, na základě kterých by budova splňovala tepelně technické požadavky, dále požadavky na posouzení denního osvětlení a akustického posouzení. Cílem této práce bylo také zrekonstruovat jednu bytovou jednotku bytového domu v Chocni pro užívání osob s omezenou schopností pohybu. Diplomová práce má 64 stran.

This diploma thesis deals with a building’s reconstruction and energy efficiency of the block of flats in Chocen within the set down parameters. It includes a general technical overview, current condition of the building, reconstruction guidelines, heating equipment, evaluation of day light and the acoustics of selected structures.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the building’s current condition and consequently suggest improvements which would achieve the set standard for a building’s heat loss level and also the requirements for day light and acoustic levels. The next aim of this thesis is to reconstruct one flat in the block of flats in Chocen for people with physical disabilities. This diploma thesis 64 pages.
