Abstract

This thesis focuses on the description and evaluation of the effectiveness of the WCM methodology in the production environment organization AMTP Karviná, a.s. The thesis is dividend into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical bases WCM methodology and tools, which is accompanied by this method, and finally historical development. There is also a brief implementation process previously mentioned metodology through WCML Tree Model. The second part is focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the metodology that was implemented by the year 2011. First, ananalysis was conducted by pillars Cost deployment, to determine the level of losses in they are under review, both in cost and in quantitative terms. The analytical reset was compared with the reference year and in case of fading any identified deficiencies was designed and then implemented corrective measures.
