Abstract

Lípový, Marek, Územní studie zástavby lokality B167 Ostrava – Radvanice: Bakalářská práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství, 2018, 52 s. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Zbyněk Proske, Ph.D. Cílem řešení bakalářské práce je vypracovat územní studii využití lokality B167 v Ostravě Radvanicích. Za tímto účelem bude proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách řešené oblasti. Práce obsahuje tři varianty řešení, z nichž nejvhodnější bude zpracována detailněji. Hlavní kritéria výběru nejvhodnější varianty jsou ekonomická hospodárnost a efektivnost návrhu. U vybrané varianty bude řešena technická infrastruktura, dopravní infrastruktura a ekonomické zhodnocení.

Head of the thesis: Ing. Zbyněk Proske, Ph.D. The aim of the solution of bachelor thesis is to develop a territorial study of the use of the site B167 in Ostrava Radvanice. For this purpose, will be carried out analysis of issues the current condition of the site on the basis of collected knowledge about the territory and the needs of the response area. The work contains three variants of the solution, from which the most appropriate will be treated in more detail. The main criteria for selecting the most suitable variants are the economic efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal. The selected variants will be dealt with technical infrastructure, transport infrastructure and economic evaluation.
