Komunikační strategie firmy dle CRM systému

Abstract

Processed diploma thesis discusses about corporate communication strategy according to CRM system and its importance for Vagner optics. I choose this company because of her knowledge of the internal organization and structure. Opticians owner was willing to provide me information on their management and cooperate with me. For my recommendation the above mentioned strategy, I process analysis of primary and secondary data from personal interviews, through the evaluation of internal and external factors that act on the optics, I process a SWOT analysis and trend analysis of basic communication channels, where I compare trend development company with the global trend of selected communication channels, I worked out Plan of development of communication channels Vagner optics from their establisment to estimate the future trend of communication channels, which belongs among the source documents from which the draft strategy is based. If Vagner optics will work on weaknesses and opportunities form SWOT analysis will keep to a Plan of development of communication channels and based on the concept communication strategy will have invested their efforts to maximize effective.
