Vliv významných investic na rozvoj městského systému

Abstract

This thesis follows up the current problem of dilapidated buildings in the center of Ostrava. The aim is to give using possibility of Ostravica/Textilia, next descibe accompanying problems and then recommend the best alternative for using of three-building complex, which improve the position capital of Moravian-Silesian Region. The subject is viewed from the perspective of institucional economics. For each option are describe decision consequences and the impact on the city. The thesis also includes reflection on the historic buildings and new constructions.
