Abstract

Lach-ner, s. r. o. company is a producer of laboratory chemicals. The aim of my bachelor´s paper is evaluation of its market position. The company also supplies mining companies by chemicals. External and internal environment is evaluated by particular analysis and methodology. The bachelor´s paper first if focused od theory, analysis making necessity. In the applicative part, theoretic methodology is adjusted to particular conditions. The SWOT analysis is the summary of facts founded it the last part of my bachelor´s paper.
