Analýza image fotbalového klubu

Abstract

The main goal of this master thesis is helped by questionnaire to analyze the image of football club FC Banik Ostrava, to find out the awareness of its own fans of the club and the football public, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the club image and to suggest possible improvements.

The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the image and its analysis, which is necessary for analysis of the image of the football club. The second part includes the research objective and the problem or quantification of the sample. In addition, suggestions and recommendations for strengthening the image of the club are outlined. The data was obtained through a questionnaire survey.

From the questionnaire survey showed that the biggest problem that most respondents agreed and which the club should address as a matter of priority is club hooligans. The overall image of the club, according to the respondents, it would also help advance to the first league and return to Bazaly stadium.
