Posouzení aplikace etických nástrojů ve vybrané organizaci státní správy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou etiky, konkrétně etickými nástroji a jejich uplatňováním v praxi vybrané organizaci státní správy. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé etické nástroje v rámci etické infrastruktury dle OECD. V praktické části se dotazníkovou formou hodnotí, jak jsou vybrané etické nástroje v dané organizaci implementovány.

The thesis deals with the place of ethics, particularly with ethical tools and their application in a selected organization of the state administration. In the theoretical part there are described concrete ethical tools within the ethical infrastructure according to OECD. In the practical part, with the use of questionnaire, there is evaluated the application of the ethical tools in the selected state organization.
