Analýza přístupu organizací k reportování společenské odpovědnosti organizací

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused of corporate responsibility reporting. The theoretical part follows the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the companies and its foundation pillars on which the whole concept CSR is based. Further it describes the CSR standards by which companies measure and evaluate their social responsible behaviour and also defines the CSR reporting itself. The attention is then dedicated to the most used Global Reporting Initiative standard, specifically its newest G4 guidelines with focus to the social indicators. The content of the practical part forms the valuation of the extent of CSR reporting in Czech companies.
