Abstract
This thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration through employee benefits. The thesis defines the basic concepts related to this area such as human resource management, reward strategies, components of total compensation, different types of benefits and their advantages and disadvantages. The profile of company XY offers an overview of basic information about the company. In order to develop the questionnaire survey, an analysis of the current state of benefit provision was conducted, which includes a diverse range of benefits. The questionnaire survey obtains information from employees of company XY, based on which results and recommendations are formulated. The aim of the thesis was to assess the current status of employee benefits and try to find the gaps and formulate suggestions and recommendations to eliminate them.
