Abstract
The aim of this thesis is the practical application of receivables management in a limited liability company. The theoretical part describes the accounting, tax and legal aspects of receivables management system. The practical part is focused on the application of receivables management in a limited liability company and the possibilities of securing of receivables and the debt collection.
