Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis is dealing analysis of shopping environment selected retail stores of BANDI VAMOS company. The theoretical part is dealing especially company introduction, environment of the company and theoretical basis of the shopping environment. Practical part is formed by quantitative research of Observation in combination with qualitative method of Mystery shopping. Results of the practical part are suggestions and recommendation for each of every retail stores of analyzed company.
