Abstract
Entering work is to develop construction documents for the Car factory and showroom, more part (SO No 01). The building was designed as parts of a new urban concept of the former mine Jan Maria. The object is to bring to the area new jobs and make attract tourist resort. For the development of this proposal, these sources were used: personal site visit, map data and additional analyzes and surveys. The resulting thesis reflects all findings of fact, applicable codes, standards and regulations.
